More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally included in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
